Join our innovative team as an IFS Cloud Field Service Solution Architect, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering, and optimizing robust IFS Cloud solutions for dynamic enterprise clients. Based in the vibrant tech hub of Sydney, you will lead the charge in translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions for top-tier organizations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead architecture and solution design for IFS Cloud Field Service implementations, ensuring compliance with best practices and SaaS constraints.

• Govern configuration strategies and oversee solution development for field service operations like scheduling, mobility, and service management.

• Spearhead integration design using IFS Integration Framework and middleware platforms to facilitate seamless communication with ERP and HR systems.

• Validate technical designs, ensuring holistic consistency across modules such as Asset Management and Mobile Workforce.

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders, driving deep dives into functional requirements and system capabilities.

• Implement solution governance across all phases, from design to hypercare, ensuring operational readiness and performance standards.

• Support post go live optimization and continuous improvement efforts, enhancing process efficiencies.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience with IFS Cloud implementations, particularly in Field Service and Maintenance environments.

• Proven track record in solution architecture roles, having completed at least one full IFS Cloud SaaS implementation.

• Expertise in designing integration architectures and managing complex stakeholder engagements.

• Desirable experience in asset-intensive industries like Utilities, Manufacturing, or Engineering.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and operational metrics in field service contexts.

• Commitment to continuous learning with an adaptive approach to evolving IFS Cloud capabilities.
