Weâre looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence for a fastâgrowing educationâtechnology provider. This remote role sits at the heart of our growth strategy, shaping how we reach learners and partners worldwide.
Design and execute multiâchannel digital campaigns that drive enrolments and brand awareness.
Develop and manage content calendars for blogs, newsletters, social media and paid media.
Collaborate with product and training teams to create marketing assets that support techâtraining programmes.
Analyse campaign performance, produce regular reports and optimise spend based on data.
Lead publicârelations initiatives, including media outreach and thoughtâleadership placements.
Mentor junior marketers and coordinate freelance contributors.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Minimum 5âŻyearsâ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in the education or training sector.
Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing (or equivalent).
Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, email automation, social advertising and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling PR stories.
Experience managing budgets and delivering ROIâfocused campaigns.
Desirable: familiarity with learningâmanagement systems or eâlearning platforms.
Desirable: experience leading remote teams or crossâfunctional projects.
