Hands‑on experience with at least one other language (e.g., Python, Java, Rust) and ability to evaluate new tech stacks.
Solid grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
Desirable: Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and event‑driven architectures.
