Join a leading enterprise solutions provider delivering IFS Cloud services to a portfolio of high‑growth clients across Australia and the APAC region. As a Senior IFS Cloud Developer -Service Management, you’ll shape the next generation of service‑centric solutions, working in a collaborative, multi‑organisation delivery model from our Sydney office.
Analyse business requirements and classify them as out‑of‑the‑box, configuration, or customisation, applying a configuration‑first approach wherever possible.
Design, develop, test and deploy Service Management solutions - including Work Order Management, Planning & Scheduling, PSO and Mobile Workforce - using IFS Cloud best practices.
Implement and support integrations with internal and external systems via IFS Cloud REST/SOAP APIs, using controlled customisations when required.
Provide L3 technical support for Service Management incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders and partner teams across organisations to deliver joint designs and reviews.
Maintain high‑quality documentation (HLD, LLD, technical specs, support guides) and share knowledge with internal and partner development teams.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing existing customisations, optimising PL/SQL code and ensuring solutions meet performance, security and upgradeability standards.
6–12 years of experience with IFS Applications/IFS Cloud, including 4+ years focused on IFS Cloud Service Management.
Strong PL/SQL skills – development, analysis and troubleshooting – with a solid grasp of SQL for reporting and data validation.
Hands‑on experience configuring IFS Cloud Lobbies, Workflows, Integrations, and custom extensions; familiarity with IFS Cloud 24 R1 or later is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to decide between configuration and customisation, ensuring solutions remain upgrade‑safe.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models and supporting cloud‑based release pipelines (CI/CD).
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Desirable: prior experience in multi‑company delivery environments and exposure to mobile workforce management solutions.
Competitive salary range $120k‑$150k, commensurate with experience.
